2. Payment methods

Standard-plan subscriptions are billed in cryptocurrency only: BTC, XRP, BNB, or USDT (BEP-20 network). Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, NOWPayments — Tech Trades LLC does not directly handle or store your payment credentials.

3. Auto-renewal

Standard-plan subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days from your original payment date, for as long as your account remains active. You will need to send a new payment for each renewal period per NOWPayments' standard crypto-billing flow; we do not auto-charge a stored card, since none is stored.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard, or by contacting us on Telegram. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period (see refund policy below). Cancelling your subscription does not automatically close any open positions on your connected broker account — you remain responsible for managing those directly.

5. Refund policy

Because subscriptions grant immediate access to live trade-replication service for the full billing period, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will review refund requests for genuine billing errors (e.g. duplicate charges or a payment processing fault) on a case-by-case basis — contact us promptly if you believe this applies to you.

6. Cryptocurrency payment risk

Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible. Double-check the payment address, network (BEP-20 for USDT), and amount before sending. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on an incorrect network.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price change before it takes effect on their next renewal.
