Plain-language summary: We store your account email and an encrypted password for your TECH TRADES GOLD login. Your broker password goes straight to MetaAPI.cloud and is never stored by us. We don't use cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Trades LLC ("Tech Trades," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with techtrades.app and the TECH TRADES GOLD service (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

Email address	Account login and service communications.
Password	Stored only as a salted, irreversible Argon2id hash for your TECH TRADES GOLD account login — never your broker password.
Display name & country code	Account display and jurisdiction-based access rules.
Connected broker account & trade history	To operate the copy-trading bridge and show you your own journal/performance data.
Device records	Basic device/session metadata to keep your account secure.
Billing records (if subscribed)	Subscription status and crypto payment confirmations, processed by NOWPayments.

3. What we do not collect or store

Your broker (MT4/MT5) password is transmitted directly to MetaAPI.cloud (ISO 27001 certified) to establish your trading connection. It is never stored in the Tech Trades LLC database — only a read-only bridge token is used for trade streaming.
We do not use cookies, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking script on techtrades.app at this time.
We never have custody of, or direct access to withdraw, your trading funds.

4. How we use your information

To operate the Service — authenticating your account, streaming trade replication, and rendering your dashboard and trading journal.
To communicate with you about your account, billing, or service status.
To maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.

5. Who we share information with

We share the minimum necessary information with the third parties required to operate the Service:

MetaAPI.cloud — handles your broker credentials and the live MT4/MT5 connection (ISO 27001 certified).
NOWPayments — processes subscription payments in cryptocurrency.
FP Trading LLC — our broker partner, if you choose the free-access path through them.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain account and trade-history data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, billing, or security record-keeping purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Note that some trade/billing records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted password storage (Argon2id) and TLS encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
